On February 12th 8 p.m., the 6th episode of „Sound Therapy” invites you to Neringa, of which longitudinal soundscape records merges with generated digital and analogue signals together with low and medium frequencies in sine waves.

In the third edition of ‘Sound therapy’, forests’ sound of different latitudes and types, changing or constant, following the seasons. These field recordings sound simultaneously with the generated mid and low frequencies and the sound effects generated by the analog synthesizer.

The single-layered nature of the audible audio material contrasts with the normal simultaneous operation of many frequencies on a daily basis, creating conditions for easy entry into a state of calmness and detachment. The session generates low and mid frequencies, voices of endangered bird species, and field recordings from medium and subtropical latitudes.

Sound therapy is a systematic, purposefully organized process during which the therapy moderator Karolina Kapustaitė helps the participant to distance himself from everyday thoughts, maintain or regain emotional stability.
